These are a few things to keep in mind, when you start to worry about things. Another really important thing to know, about the emotions of both worry, and fear – Is that whatever the situation, things will rarely be as bad as you worry that they are, or will be. Worry makes things seem worse than they are, or could be, as does fear.
When you find yourself worrying about something, try to relax, and realise that it may be something you need to be concerned about, or addressed – but also try to find a way to not feel the need to worry.
